"One more option which contributes to the conservation
of the Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve"
Volunteers have helped with maintenance, repair and construction of forest trails, often hard and tiring work despite rain or sun, with this has come the opportunity to interact and really know the forest, better and more in deep than most tourists.
They also work closely with the personnel of the reserve and can improve their Spanish and learn Costa Rican costumes. Many volunteers also work on educational projects in environmental issues, research, and improving the experience for the visitor, depending on the volunteer´s expertise and length of stay.
